Fourways Mall Boosts Its Transformation with Strategic Enhancements and New Retail Experiences

With the recent appointment of Flanagan & Gerard Group and Moolman Group as strategic asset and property managers, the mall is redefining its retail landscape, enhancing the overall shopping experience with cutting-edge technology and customer-focused improvements.
Added Retail Variety and Leasing Success
Over the past six months, Fourways Mall has significantly increased its retail offerings, with 9,642m² of new brands introduced and approximately 20,000m² of lease renewals. To put this into perspective, the total new leases and renewals since 1 February 2024 are equivalent to the size of 148 padel courts.

In addition, Le Creuset Factory to Table arrives in September, followed by Converse, Polo Sport, Carrol Boyes, Planet Fitness, and more exciting brands through 2024 and into early 2025.

- Energy-efficient lighting across all parking levels to create brighter and safer environments.
- The introduction of the admyt ticketless parking system, launched on 16 August, offering license plate recognition and smartphone technology for a paperless, streamlined parking experience.
- Free Wi-Fi installed throughout the mall, further enhancing visitor convenience.

Further enhancing the shopping experience, Fourways Mall has upgraded its northern parking deck at the entertainment entrance, featuring four new traffic lanes, better lighting, clearer signage, and colour-coded parking levels to improve traffic flow and navigation.
Additionally, the recently launched VIP parking area offers customers wider bays, enhanced lighting, and easy access to popular tenants like Woolworths, at no extra cost—demonstrating the mall’s commitment to providing added value for visitors.
