Johannesburg, South Africa – In a celebration of cultural heritage and creative expression, the TAB NPC Oral Storytelling Festival returns on 20 June 2025 at the University of Johannesburg, promising a full day of performances, workshops, and dialogue rooted in the African tradition of oral storytelling. The festival will open at 8:00 AM and is themed "Lost in Translation." Organised by TAB NPC, the festival is designed to revive and reimagine the art of storytelling as both a cultural and educational force. It provides a unique platform for storytellers from across the country to gather, share, and perform stories that reflect our times while honouring ancestral modes of knowledge.
