Additionally, Webber Wentzel played a pivotal role in providing legal advice in the Carlyle Group's exit of Tessara to AgroFresh and the Disposal by Life Healthcare of Alliance Medical Group to iCON Infrastructure deals, which clinched the coveted Private Equity Deal of the Year and Brunswick Deal of the Year awards, respectively.
