Ombudsman For Baking Services Of South Africa To Speak At The Predictive Analytics Credit Risk
Submitted by: PaulThe Banking Ombudsman will be one of the esteemed speakers giving a presentation at the upcoming Predictive Analytics Credit Risk Conference which will be held on the 16 and 17 September 2012 at the Balalaika Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg.
Adv. Clive Pillay will address the conference on South Africa’s complaints processes, he will discuss the procedure in resolving complaints. He will be joined, by amongst others, Johan van Biljon from Principa, Owen Sorour of TransUnion, whilst David Coleman will address Optimisation Across Credit lifecycle issues, Gerald Fahner of FICO USA will tackle Customer Relationship Management solutions.
The conference will seek to interrogate the resilience of the credit industry in the face of the new national credit amnesty that is somehow viewed as having allowed the credit defaulters back into fold through the “back” door.
