Johannesburg-based fintech consultancy Elenjical Solutions has been recognised as being among Africa’s fastest-growing businesses. It has been placed on the Financial Times list for the second consecutive year, and debuts on News24’s South Africa’s Fastest Growing Companies report.
Elenjical Solutions, a specialist financial IT consultancy, ranked 71st overall in the 2025 Financial Times list of Africa’s Fastest Growing Companies, and was one of only 21 companies continent-wide to feature in the IT & Software category, where it placed in the top 10. The FT ranking, developed in partnership with respected research firm Statista, identifies companies achieving the highest compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue since 2019—spotlighting those thriving despite macroeconomic headwinds.
“Making this list once is an honour. Making it two years in a row is proof that we are doing something fundamentally right,” says Tinu Elenjical, founder and CEO of Elenjical Solutions. “It shows that we’ve built a business model with sustainable growth — one that combines deep technical capability with long-term partnerships. It also offers us a real opportunity to help develop Africa’s fintech infrastructure: clients trust us to solve hard problems, and it’s that trust that is powering our momentum.”
In a further milestone, Elenjical Solutions has also earned a place in News24’s first-ever ranking of South Africa’s Fastest Growing Companies. The company placed 25th overall among 50 businesses from across the South African economy, based on verified financial data. The list aims to highlight firms with exceptional growth trajectories and resilient business models.
“These recognitions matter because they’re grounded in data,” adds Elenjical. “In a sector often full of hype, being able to demonstrate verified, consistent, primarily organic growth sends a powerful signal — to our clients, our partners and the market as a whole.”
Founded over a decade ago, Elenjical Solutions has established itself as a leading force in African capital markets technology — delivering specialist Murex consultancy, custom digital tooling, and AI-powered solutions that enable financial institutions to modernise and scale.
