Mcdonald’s hits Joburg’s Bustling Side with the Grand Opening of Two New Stores!

On Friday, 4 August 2017, McDonald’s ® opened its doors in the energetic and always lively Smalland Pritchard streets in bustling downtown Johannesburg. The grand openings were an introductionof the newly styled and refurbished McDonald’s restaurants - with a McCafe® Gold counter as themuch talked about feature. Customers were welcomed by the iconic aroma of the world renownedmenu- featuring the all new Double Big Mac. They were also treated to live music and great prizes tocomplement the atmosphere, as they enjoyed their favourite McDonald’s ® meals.
The revamped restaurants, have been fitted with what McDonald’s® South Africa terms the Experience of the Future, boasting a wider menu range, including for the first time- freshly bakedmuffins, croissants, toasted sandwiches and chicken wraps, courtesy of the Gold Standard McCafe®.The Gold Standard McCafe® also boasts a premium and iconic Simonelli coffee machine, providing aworld class sensory experience- served by global standard trained barristers. This development,which forms part of the brand’s deliberate experience shift, opens up customers to an exclusivetaste profile with widespread quality product offers on the new menu.
