Future of the Consumer Credit Industry in 2013

Written by: Trade Conferences International Summers Save to Instapaper

With the first half of 2013 having been a fairly unstable/turbulant year for the credit industry and consumer credit health taking a toll for the worst, this 2 day event will not only focus on the challenges and uncertainties that are affecting the industry but also how best to deal with them.

The 6th Consumer Credit Southern Africa Conference 2013, that is set to take place on 18 and 19 September 2013 will bring credit professionals from all spectrums of the industry together under one roof. In addition, the event will uncover the true state of the industry and map the way forward from here by highlighting emerging opportunities that lenders and service providers can look forward to in 2014 and beyond.

The event will address five major areas of consumer credit in Southern Africa:

•The consumer credit industry; its evolution, its state and its future

•Technology at the heart of credit innovation

•Setting up and managing a winning banking credit strategy

•Minimising the risks; increasing the profit

•Getting the basics right with a good governance and compliance framework
