Expert SMME Mentors and Trainers Needed

Fetola is looking for skilled, experienced senior business mentors with a proven track record and expertise in general business skills, mentoring, coaching and business development.

We are also seeking professional senior trainers with expertise in the following areas:

1.Vision & Strategic Planning

2. Costing & Pricing

3.Financial Management for SMEs

4. Administration & Governance including SARS compliance

5.HR & CCMA - Proofing your business

6.Sales & Marketing for SMMEs

Fetola is an award - winning enterprise development organisation that provides business support to SMMEs across the country.

Our programmes are especially aimed at contributing to the development and sustainibilty of emerging Black -owned, rural, women and youth - owned businesses. Participants are situated in all nine provinces.

Mentors will be requested to conduct site visits as well as work remotely via Skype and telephone. You will be required to compile and submit a comprehensive report to the programme manager at Fetola for evaluation after each session.

Trainers will conduct one or two - day workshops at predetermined sites, using Fetola materials in most instances.

Both positions are part- time/contract - based. Rates will be based on skills and experience, and travel and other expenses will be covered.
