Another senior lateral move to Webber Wentzel

Lionel Egypt has joined Webber Wentzel as a partner at the firm with effect from 3 February 2020.  Recognised by several international rating agencies, including Chambers Global and Best Lawyers, he joins Webber Wentzel from Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr where he served as a director in their Dispute Resolution Practice and as head of its Public Law Sector.

Egypt has extensive experience in administrative and constitutional law, including judicial reviews and tender related disputes. He has gained specialist knowledge in High Court and appellate litigation. His appointment will further bolster Webber Wentzel's leading dispute resolution and regulatory expertise.
