Alicia’s appointment as Aon’s Chief Broking Officer follows years of outstanding performance underscored by Alicia’s thorough understanding of the insurance sector and carrier market. Prior to her promotion to the role of Chief Broking Officer, Alicia was Business Unit Head: Financial Services at Aon, a role she has fulfilled since 2011.
Alicia has a well-established career in the insurance industry, she is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa and holds a BA degree in Psychology.
