Kenny Mokoka, Independent Non-Executive Director - A registered Chartered Accountant and Director, Kenny joined the Signium Africa family on 1st January 2020, bringing with him a wealth of business development and leadership experience. The management team will benefit from his strong financial guidance and strategic insight as he assists us in building a sustainable, resilient and future-ready growth strategy for the business. 

Bafana Kubheka, Executive Search Consultant - Bafana assumed his new position at the company on 1st March 2020. He has over 20 years of executive and leadership experience across various sectors and regions in Africa. Bafana’s extensive marketing and strategic capabilities will help us increase the value we offer our clients and candidates, expand the business in South Africa and cement our market position across the continent. 

Karien Boshoff, Principal - Signium Africa strongly supports growth through internal promotion, especially for such a deserving recipient. As a long-standing team member, Karien has, over the past decade, played a critical role in ensuring the firm identifies high-quality candidates that are precisely aligned to our clients’ specifications. Through her new position, we are confident she will enhance our promise of client-centric service.
