Expandable SIP desktop phone from Duxbury Networking

A high-end SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) speaker phone designed for small to medium-size enterprise is available from Duxbury Networking. The Mitel 6867i is the flagship of a family of phones (the 6800 Series) designed to provide high definition wideband audio for enhanced voice clarity.

Supporting high speed networks through dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, the 6867i offers a 320 x 240mm backlit colour LCD display, up to nine lines with two dedicated line keys, six programmable soft keys, four programmable context sensitive system keys and headset support compatible with the latest audio standards.

"The large colour display combined with icon-based navigation menus and an intuitive user interface help make the many telephony features of the 6867i instinctively easy to use,” says Andy Robb, chief technology officer at Duxbury Networking. “It can be seen as a productivity-enhancing desktop communication tool."

The Power over Ethernet (PoE) enabled Mitel 6867i features dual microphones and audio processing functions designed to achieve richer, more life-like conversations on each audio path – handset, speakerphone or headset. It is available with a built-in USB port, an optional detachable keyboard and up to three expansion modules.

Environmentally friendly, the Mitel 6800 SIP phone series is designed to optimise power consumption. All units are manufactured from 100% recycled and biodegradable material.
