JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, 19 July, 2015 – Winter in South Africa can be dry and harsh across many areas of the country, except for places such as Cape Town, which is known to experience cold and wet weather conditions.

The cold, dust, dry air and damp can all have a negative impact on general well-being, sometimes even exacerbating existing ailments.
