XtraSpace Self-Storage recently opened their fifteenth storage facility in Bellville, Western Cape. It is one of the largest and most comprehensive facilities opened to date, located diagonally opposite Sanlam’s Head office in Voortrekker Road.

Providing storage solutions for both personal and business users (including document and media storage options), XtraSpace SelfStorage’s recently opened Bellville branch is the first multi-functional storage conversion in the greater Cape Town area.

The imposing orange and grey building has over 300 storage units ranging in size from 3 to 30 square metres and as an industry first, there is a 300 square metre Business Centre and Flexi-Office facility, aimed at small to medium size business Clients. For Clients who need flexible office space and a place to store their inventory or files, then the combination of offices and storage provides a real TURNKEY solution. XtraSpace SelfStorage also have an in-house courier service, Parceljet, whose main hub is located at XtraSpace Airport Industria branch.

Vehicle storage will be catered for at the back of the facility, with secure space for over a 100 vehicles.
