Ofentse Thabang Ditshego: " I'm Pioneering the new generation black"

He currently sits as the Managing Director of DD Services, a student accommodation and distribution services business.  Apart from business alone, he currently sits as the Founder and Chairperson of Fast Lane Desire, a non-profit organization that holistically looks at engaging the Youth at grassroots level where socio-economic issues are concerned. Ofentse is also a Founding Member and Treasurer for Embarking Innocent Souls. This is a non-profit organization that is looking at engaging children aged 3 to 16 years on a skills and talent based approach. With a keen interest having his views on issues around community development and engagement heard, Ofentse has been honored as Board Member for soon to be launched Etwatwa Radio Station.

Born in the year 1991, in eastern township of Johannesburg, Daveyton, this young man knew he was destined for far much greater things when he fully embraced his leadership talent and ability to see development gaps in his community from an early age.  Raised by his grandmother Elizabeth Ditshego, it is his township, Daveyton that cultivated his business spirit and forged him to venture into pursuing his business interests.

Upon successfully completing his high school, Ofentse went on straight to the University of Johannesburg to pursue his Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting Degree. Upon realizing that the degree at the time was not well suited for his business interests, Ofentse then pursued an entrepreneurial qualification with the Raymond Ackerman Academy Business School wherein he graduated  having attained an accolade as the most influential student in the class at the time.

Part of his current mandates are pursuing motivational speaking. This is a commitment that is long standing as he is seeking to change the socio-economic landscape particularly in the townships surrounding Daveyton.  He is soon embarking on coaching sessions with world renowned business leader and influencer JT Foxx and will be initiated as his student for business leadership and business success.

At just the age of 23 it may seem there is no stopping or holding back for Ofentse.  He has currently enrolled with UNISA for a B-Comm Accounting qualification while he still manages Tshegotsi Investment Solutions on a 50 per cent directorship level. Some of the upcoming projects he looks to embark on have been earmarked to be in the construction and environmental services  sector upon which Radical Cleaning and Construction Cooperative is soon to be founded.
