Purposeful Women Network (PWN) will on the 10 May 2014 launch a Women-Only empowerment seminar themed "20 for Women" with the intention of inspiring, empowering, equipping and linking women in and around the community of Alexandra Township with information and tools that will enable them to make the life-changes necessary to live their best lives in every aspect of it.

The event will take place in Alexandra Township at Central Johannesburg College (Cnr. Canning & Ninth Rd) from 12pm – 5pm with 7 thought leaders tackling topics relating to spirituality, beauty & image, relationships, careers, finance, health & wellness and living out your purpose.

Purposeful Women Network (PWN) is a women-led platform whose mission is to inspire, empower, equip and link women with the primary purpose of enabling them to fulfil personal and professional dreams. Through transformation-driven motivational seminars, women workshops and coaching programmes they hope to build a society of women who are purposeful and successful.

The event is not about listening to other women who share how good they have it, but rather it’s targeted at those women in need of a break-through who are struggling with something in life and which is stopping them from realising their dreams and living the life they are meant for. "We want to cause a paradigm shift moving women from where they are to where they want to be," commented Xoliswa Moraka one of the Co-Founders of Purposeful Women Network.

There are LIMITED seats for the launch with only 150 seats available, and tickets sold at R200per person.

Guests will be treated to motivational talks, lunch and networking with like-minded women. Goodie bags will be distributed to each women and a spot prize will be won on the day. If you are serious about your personal growth and development this is an event you don’t want to miss.

PWN hopes to establish relationships with Women Leaders, Women targeted product/service companies, government and other organisations with the primary purpose of ensuring that they deliver sustainable transformation and not fly by night programmes with no measurable impact driving true empowerment of women in under-resourced communities.

Following the launch, monthly activities that will include workshops and coaching sessions relating to the personal and professional development of women will be organised allowing for growth and transformation to continue.

PWN is also extending an invitation to women focused companies and organisation to partner with them on the May 10 event. Partners will be given the opportunity to set up information stands and market their products and services.
